Maybe. I haven't really gotten around to writing it yet. I'm trying to find ways to fit much of the old plot into this idea, while taking the realities of sexual dimorphism into account. Like how in Westeros, although it's largely ruled by women most of the soldiers are still men-in fact, a good deal of emphasis is put on the husband's role as the protector of the family. Female warriars do exist and are more common but still the exception-Roberta Baratheon was one such, until after winning the throne she became fat and drunken and slothful.
This is hilarious! Funny, this fits into a genderbent matriarchal AU fanfic I've got in mind. One where the Dothraaki are a race of female Amazonian nomads who for some bizarre reason can only produce female children. And since they obviously need men to produce more daughters, they either kidnap or buy them-and exiled Princess Visaria offered Kahleesi Droga her brother Danerys(the name sounds gender neutral) in exchange for her army!
Thing is. I'm still working out the details-like which characters should be Gender Bent and which not-my mind just doesn't want to imagine the Mountain as a woman! And their are all sorts of little details-like, mentioning when Eddara stark wed Catylon Tully, she placed the Stark family sword in his hands as part of the ceremony, and he vowed to use it to serve and protect her and their children their eldest daughter wed and Ice would be passed on to her husband.
